Their flagship offering is a forum-based peer support group for ages 18+ that boasts over 8000 members and has received endorsements from researchers and therapists. They were among the first pedophile support groups to flatly oppose sexual contact with children, playing a foundational role in the now-commonplace collaborations between pedophile groups and child protection experts.
In recent years, they have renewed their efforts to promote visibility for non-offending pedophiles, launching a new service where the public can submit questions for their members to answer and adding a new section for friends and family members on their forum.
